'I Believe I Can Fly'
- Workshops for Schools

A means of enriching and improving the singing culture of the school. Encourages team work and fosters a sense of achievement in students. Can be provided as a half-day, one-day or two-day session and can be linked into the GCSE music curriculum or for special events such as Black History Month. A workshop will usually culminate in a performance to which friends and family will be invited.
'All You Need is Love'
- Team Building Workshops for the Corporate arena

Using a mixture of gospel and inspirational songs, this workshop positively reinforces the workplace ethos by drawing out the parallels between singing in a choir and working in a team, and by tapping into the feelings of euphoria that singing produces. Workshop outcomes include better communication, enhanced team working, greater personal confidence, a powerful sense of achievement, finely tuned listening skills, and a vibrant team spirit.
'Lean on Me'

'A Little Help from My Friends'

'Sisters (and Brothers) are Doing it for Themselves'
- Training

'What a Difference a Day Makes'
- Workshop All-dayers

A series of one day workshops, ‘THE JOYS OF NOISE’, where members of the public are invited to experience the joy of singing gospel with members of the award-winning Kingdom Choir. Suitable for everyone, from the novice to the experienced.
'One Nation Under a (Gospel) Groove'
- Large Scale Choirs for One-off Special Events
Karen has been instrumental in pulling together and conducting some of the most prestigious, large-scale choirs for various gospel and community initiatives. These include: VE Day 1995, Faith in the Future 2000, Support for Africa 2001, The Queen’s Jubilee 2002, NSPCC Dream Auction 2006, Fortune Forum Launch 2006, The Global Day of Prayer 2007, Concert for Diana 2007. With choirs numbering anything between 50 – 3000, the inspiration and vibrancy that is gospel has added an extra dimension to events that have been history in the making.
'Coming Soon! Gospel Workshop Resource'
- 'Good News: A Guide to Conducting Gospel Choirs'
This handbook of gospel teaching is intended as a resource for workshop leaders, community choir leaders, animateurs, school teachers, church choir leaders – in short, any-one who has ever had a desire to teach gospel music and wants to learn more about the ‘how to’ of the genre. Although mainly aimed at the less experienced, it will provide invaluable advice for those who are already involved in the teaching of gospel music.
Written by Karen with Jason Thompson, a gifted pianist and a gospel tutor in his own right, this resource will offer guidance to what is felt to be best practice. With exercises which will help to show how to communicate the style that is gospel, and handy gospel level indicators, this little guide will equip the reader with useful insights into gospel music education at it’s best.
